Bizzmosis Team is looking for an experienced TYPIST (Data Entry Clerk)!

We are looking for a responsible, experienced & efficient Typist to carry out all the activities related to the submission of various governmental/non-governmental applications in timely manner.

Should abide and ensure to comply with the organization’s rules and procedure to execute and deliver required services. If you’re chosen, you’ll join a small, but really fun accelerating startup in business services based in Dubai. 

If you’re the lucky one chosen, these are all of the cool things you’ll be responsible for:

  1. Coordinating and liaising between the company and Government organizations / authorities and provide a key inter-face between the two;
  2. Providing quick, efficient and reliable services for all Governmental/Non-Governmental related typing and application submission jobs such as Employment Permits, Entry Visas, Medical Examinations, miscellaneous jobs related to Immigration, Ministry of Labor & Consulates, Business Licenses, Government Permits to the company and its group, adhering to the regular amendments in rules and regulations within very short notices;
  3. Regular communication with the government authorities: such as Economic Department, Municipality, Chamber of Commerce and Ministry of Finance & Industries, MOHAP, Customs, Immigration, MOHRE, etc. in order to be updated about the process and regulations;
  4. Providing expert advice to business and employees on all visa formalities and all other gov’t related procedures;
  5. Accountability in maintaining accurate records for all above services;
  6. The ever-changing government rules and regulations requires the post-holder to be abreast of updates on information / documents and at times certain jobs have to be tacked efficiently without much notice;
  7. Transferring data from paper formats into digital files or database systems
  8. Gather and organize typing material
  9. Create spreadsheets and presentations, combining various data
  10. Maintain physical and digital filing systems
  11. Keep information confidential in accordance with security policies
  12. Taking notes and creating detailed texts
  13. Any TO-DO-NOW jobs always have to be evaluated, prioritized and accomplished at short notices.

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS:

  1. Minimum 2 years of proven typing experience within various online systems/portals such as: (DED, MOHRE, Dubai Municipality, DHA, KHDA, ACTIVET, GDRFA, SIRA, MOCCAE, Customs, ESMA, Product Registration);
  2. Arabic native (spoken & written);
  3. English excellent (spoken & written);
  4. Analytical mind;
  5. Excellent organizational and time-management skills;
  6. Problem-solving attitude with an eye for detail;
  7. Excellent communication & networking skills;
  8. Pro-active, passionate and good interpersonal skills.
