We are looking for a highly skilled Data Entry Specialist with a minimum of 2 years of experience in Montaji/FIRS/MOIAT portals to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that product registrations are processed seamlessly, by meticulously drafting and submitting applications. Your attention to detail is essential for accurate product registration.  As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the department’s standards of excellence and ensuring that all products meet the necessary regulatory requirements.

Your responsibilities include: 

• Application Drafting: Draft comprehensive applications for product registration on diverse authority portals, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Portal Expertise: Knowledge of how to access the different authority portals
• Timely Execution: Execute projects flawlessly within specified timelines, demonstrating efficiency in managing and submitting bulk applications on the respective portals.
• Regulatory Knowledge: Possess a profound understanding of UAE regulations and registration paths about product registration.
• Licensing Knowledge: General Licensing knowledge as per the Company’s Commercial law, contributing to a comprehensive understanding of legal parameters.
• Legislative Vigilance: Keeping up to date with changes in regulatory legislation and guidelines.
• Compliance Assurance: Ensuring compliance with regulations set by the authorities.

Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience in data entry in Montaji/ FIRS/ MOIAT government portals 
• Degree in science, business, or similar
• Proven experience in successful product registrations with the specified authorities.
• Familiarity with the different authority portals.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle bulk applications efficiently.
• Keen attention to detail and accuracy in application drafting.
• Continuous learning mindset to stay current with regulatory changes.
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Analytical mind with excellent listening and analysis skills
• Aptitude in creative problem-solving

Note: This is project-based hiring for a 1-year contract with the possibility to renew based on the needs of company operations.
