In order to obtain an employment visa for an employee you will have to take a number of steps. Below are the steps, the approximates costs and the documents that will be required. Please note that an Establishment Card and Labour Card File Number are both mandatory for an employment visa application.

1st Step – ESTABLISHMENT/IMMIGRATION CARD REGISTRATION

Documents Required for Establishment Card Registration:

1. Trade License Copy

2. MOA Copy

3. Passport and Family Book of the Local Sponsor

4. Passport and Visa copies of all Partners

5. One Photograph (white background) of Sponsor and Partners

6. Ejari Copy

7. Original Emirates ID of the Local Sponsor and Authorized Signatories (if any)

2nd Step – LABOUR CARD REGISTRATION

Note: The above fees for Labour Card Registration/File Opening Fee have been temporarily reduced to AED 250 due the Covid-19 Pandemic. 5th Step – WPS Registration

Please be reminded that all employers registered with the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratization (MoHRE) must subscribe to the Wages Protection System (WPS) and pay the wages of their employees through the WPS system, as per the due dates.

The WPS system allows companies and institutions to pay wages via registered agents such as banks, exchange houses and financial institutions using their WPS code.

To register through Al Ansari Exchange, please click on the link below then click on WPS Form to download the form. Kindly read and fill-out the form. Documents requirement are also mentioned in the form.

From the Employee:

1. Passport copy

2. UAE Visa copy, if available

3. Emirates ID copy (front and back), if available

4. ID Photo (white background)

5. Residence Cancellation

6. Tourist Visa with Entry Stamp, if available

7. UAE MOFA Attested Degree Certificate /Diploma (for higher position e.g. Manager or Supervisor)

From the Company:
1. Trade License copy
2. Establishment Card copy
3. Company File Number
4. Original eSignature Card of the Local Sponsor
5. Original Emirates ID of the Local Sponsor
6. Salary Details of the Employee

Note

  • Please note the above figures are all government fees. If you choose to use Bizzmosis’ services additional service will be applied.
  • Health insurance is mandatory for the visa application and is not included in the above fees. The company must provide medical insurance for all its employees. Medical insurance is required to submit for the visa stamping application.
