Finance Department Manager – Join Our Growing Team at Bizzmosis Group

We are looking for a Finance Department Manager to join our dynamic team at Bizzmosis Group. This critical role encompasses both internal financial oversight and client-focused accounting services. As part of our expanding finance division, you will play a key role in supporting our business growth and providing strategic financial insights that guide managerial decisions.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a keen eye for detail, and technical expertise in financial management and UAE taxation laws. You should excel in fostering relationships with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams at all levels of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily financial operations, including cash flow management, liquidity planning, and financial investments.
• Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to ensure compliance with UAE taxation laws and regulatory standards.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, budgets, forecasts, and cash flow projections.
• Liaise with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities to ensure compliance and smooth financial operations.
• Provide strategic financial advice to senior management to support decision-making and business expansion.
• Conduct financial analysis, risk assessments, and performance evaluations to identify areas for improvement.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of professionalism and continuous learning.
• Stay updated with changes in accounting standards, tax laws, and regulatory requirements in the UAE, providing guidance and training to team members and clients as needed.
• Oversee client accounting services, ensuring the delivery of high-quality bookkeeping, tax compliance, and financial consulting.
• Consult with corporate clients, offering expert advice on accounting principles, VAT regulations, and compliance requirements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CMA, CIMA, or ACCA qualification preferred.
• Minimum 3-4 years of proven experience as an Accounting or Finance Manager or similar role in the UAE (with mandatory references from previous employers).
• Mandatory managerial experience leading a team of minimum 4-5 individuals.
• Strong knowledge of UAE taxation laws, VAT regulations, and compliance requirements.
• Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to provide strategic financial insights.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced Excel skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with corporate clients and stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong leadership abilities with experience in mentoring and developing finance teams.
