Join Our Team at Bizzmosis Group as Junior Accountant
We are growing and looking for Junior Accountant who will be responsible for supporting the Finance Department with a broad range of internal financial reporting. This is a role within the finance team to support the internal Accounting and finance operations and to provide valuable input to support the team.

The successful candidate should have a strong analytical and curious mindset with the technical ability to record and reconcile accounting transactions. Able to maintain effective relationships with cross-functional teams at all levels of the organization. The main duties and responsibilities of this role are:
- Record and maintain daily financial transactions in Accounting software, ensuring accuracy and compliance with IFRS and UAE tax regulations.
- Process accounts payable and receivable, including invoice verification, payment processing, and follow-ups on outstanding balances.
- Assist in monthly and annual financial closing, including bank reconciliations, expense tracking, and financial reporting.
- Prepare and process supplier payments, employee reimbursements, and petty cash transactions, ensuring proper approvals and documentation.
- Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow to support financial planning and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs, VAT regulations, and corporate tax requirements.
- Assist in internal audits by preparing financial records and supporting documents.
- Work closely with the Accounting and Finance Manager to support overall financial operations.
- Maintain organized and accurate financial records for internal and external reporting.
- Support other finance-related administrative tasks as required.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance with pursuing Professional certification such as CMA, ACCA.
Experience:
- 1-2 years of UAE experience in accounting or finance. (Freshers may also apply)
- Knowledge of UAE VAT and Corporate Tax
Skills:
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excellent in Excel).
- Good verbal and written English.
- Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Zoho Books) is desirable.
- Understanding of IFRS and IAS.
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
