Pet Owners in Abu Dhabi! The Transfer of Pet Ownership service is now live on TAMM Abu Dhabi, making it easier than ever to legally transfer pet ownership in compliance with government regulations. Through this service, you can obtain to transfer the animal ownership from current owner (citizen) to new owner (citizen) via Service Operator “Veterinary Facility”.
Required Documents
To ensure a smooth transfer, the following documents must be submitted:
✅ Animal Certificate
✅ Medical Report
✅ Reference Number
What are the steps?
Transferring pet ownership is now a seamless, digital process. Here’s how you can complete it in just a few steps:
1️⃣ Log in to TAMM using your UAE PASS.
2️⃣ Submit the application along with the required documents.
3️⃣ Obtain an updated animal registration certificate.
Important Terms & Conditions
- Medical certificate (health fit) valid for 3 days and provided by the service provider “Veterinary Clinic”.
- It is required to register a personal file for the new owner of the animal and to show the registration number of the current owner of the animal.
- It is forbidden to transfer ownership of an animal under the age of 12 weeks.
- All parties agree to the terms and conditions.
