The main responsibilities of this role will include:

  • Performs day-to-day administrative tasks.
  • Uphold a welcoming and organised office atmosphere; manage guest hospitality arrangements and liaise with cleaning and maintenance suppliers to ensure smooth functioning.
  • Maintain internal databases and calendar reminders.
  • Handle confidential documents and private data with discretion.
  • Arrange travel, team events, and logistics.
  • Schedule meetings and manage calendars for the CEO.
  • Assist the team with various administrative tasks as required.
  • Receiving all first instance contact from prospective clients by email, social media, and the company website.
  • Providing excellent customer service by answering initial queries regarding products and services.
  • Assigning complex queries and qualified clients to consultants to execute the quotation, contract, and execution.
  • Handling phone calls and WhatsApp messages from current / prospective customers.
  • Communicating internally important feedback from customers.
  • Respond to emails in line with company policies and SOPs.
  • Coordinating and following up with the account managers on providing monthly reports, compilation of monthly reports for CEO and Directors.
  • Stay active on social media platforms by engaging with posts related to our services to promote Bizzmosis and generate leads.
  • Take initiative in learning and supporting team members with ongoing projects to develop skills for professional growth.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

Experience:

  • 1-2 years of proven experience as an Administrator, Admin Assistant, client coordination or Receptionist
  • Experience following formal commercial and diplomatic protocols is an advantage.

  • Adaptability and a proactive mindset.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office
