Hiring a maid or nanny in UAE can be a difficult and lengthy process if you don’t have the right kind of information and resources. Below is a step-by-step guide on how to sponsor and hire a domestic worker (nanny/maid) in Dubai. The article is outlining the documents required and the criteria the sponsor needs to fulfill to get a domestic worker (nanny/maid) visa in the UAE.

Eligibility
✔️ A maid/nanny’s visa can be obtained by the sponsor whose family income is not less than AED 25,000

Visit any Tadbeer Typing Center and submit all the above documents at the counter.
Below is the procedure and required time for processing:
1️⃣ Application Typing for the ENTRY PERMIT (inside or outside country)
The entry permit is essentially a temporary visa, valid for 60 days.

Once the dependant (nanny/maid) entered UAE or changed his/her status, you can proceed with the typing of emirates ID and medical application in any Typing Center which has this facility;

After typing of Emirates ID and Medical application, the dependant (nanny/maid) should proceed with doing the required medical test and the biometrics (if required).
