As per the updated law, the labor system randomly closes several employees who are required to do the training in Tawjeeh Center.
Documents required: The nominated employees need to visit any Tawjeeh Center with the original passport and work permit contract printed and signed copy.
Training Duration: Approx.- 45 minutes.
The fee will be 206 AED – Each employee have to have this exact amount of cash at the time of the training visit.
Is it mandatory to attend the Tawjeeh Training?
Workers who fall under Skill level or categories 6, 7, 8 and 9 are required to attend these classes. Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation – MoHRE has a guide on job titles and skill levels. Each profession in the private sector is assigned to one of five applicable skill levels. A skill level is measured in terms of academic qualifications and experience needed and the complexity of work involved. Skill level 1-2 jobs are for the highly skilled and from skill level six jobs are for the lower-skilled.
If your academic qualifications and experience fall under Skill category 1 and/or 2, you would not require taking Tawjeeh training. However, if Tawjeeh training has been assigned, it is mandatory to attend as your labor contract cannot be submitted, hence you will not be able to obtain a labor card.
After training at the Tawjeeh center, employees will have to submit the labor contracts themselves. Within 24 hours, the employer/ PRO should check to make sure that the contracts have been submitted successfully.
TIPS:
1. Make sure to have the exact fee for payment in cash
2. Best to send all employees selected to the same center
3. If you are using a PRO’s services, make sure they don’t charge you on the invoice for the contract submission fee as your employees will pay that amount in cash upon visit.
The submission can be done without paying the fee. However, the submission fee can be paid on the same day by the employee or by the PRO/employer within 3 or 4 days after the submission.

If the pregnant lady is employed and her job position requires tawjeeh training, means she has to attend. You may call MOHRE directly and check what is the exact procedure, if the pregnant lady is not able to attend the training for certain reasons.
Kind regards

Hello, what if I accidentally do my training on other branch of Tawjeeh instead on my assigned branch. What should I do about it?
Dear Shy,
Thank you for your comment. Tawjeeh training can be completed from any Tawjeeh Centres as it does not require any appointment. Hence, you can complete the contract submission even if it is not the assigned Centre. However, certain Tawjeeh Centres requests for the authorized signatory’s presence when completing the submission.
Hope you find this useful.
Regards,
Bizzmosis Team
DEAR TEAM, AFTER ATTEND THE CLASS , PEPER EAS MISSING THEN WHAT I DO
Dear Soumya,
Thank you for your inquiry and trusting our expertise. Please be advised that the Tawjeeh certificate is not a mandatory requirement for contract submission. Alternatively, you may complete the contract submission by providing the signed contract along with the location of the Tawjeeh center you attended for the training.
