Hello,
This is a great article.
Just a few queries:
1. What is the difference in the working hours per day or week between Part-time and Temporary work permits?
2. Is there a different way of applying both of these?
3. If the employee is a freelancer (having freelancing service license and freelancer visa from one of the free zones) and wants to work on a full time job for 12 months in a mainland company, is it allowed and what type of permit can the second company apply for him? Note that the intention is to retain the freelancer license and visa from the current employee/ free zone.
Dear Pradeep,
thank you for approaching us and trusting our expertise.
We would be glad to be of help!
Please note that your visa is issued in free zone jurisdiction, therefore it won’t be possible for you to work in a mainland company as these are two separate jurisdictions.
If you need further clarification or have any other concerns, feel free to reach out to us on hello@bizzmosis.com.
Look forward to being of help!
