HERE ARE TIPS YOU NEED TO KNOW TO AVOID MOHRE UAE – WPS ACCOUNT BEING BLOCKED :
☑️ At least 70% of all salaries must be paid through
☑️ No more than 10% of an employee’s salary can be deducted for any reason
☑️ The employer’s MOHRE account will be blocked if salaries are not processed on time
☑️ The MOHRE account will be unblocked automatically if salaries are paid before the last calendar day of the month.
☑️ In the event the employer fails to pay employees’ salaries before the end of the following month they were due, an administrative penalty will be imposed on the company for the late payment of wages.
⚠️ The employer can avoid the WPS ban by paying full wages to some employees and can pay partial salaries to others.
But the accumulated salary paid to employees should not be less than 70%.

I paid salary for employee and still my WPS is not active

Thank you for your comment and trusting our expertise. You would need to make sure that salary is paid through company’s WPS system via their authorized registered exchange or bank. Once paid, MOHRE committee will verify the transaction and WPS block will be lifted within 7days.
