The process of LICENSE RENEWAL in Dubai is largely the same whether you are a mainland or free zone business. The only significant difference concerns the authority that issues your renewal. However, in some jurisdictions, it is mandatory to submit the financial audit report for the last year in order to renew the license
1. PREPARE THE REQUIRED DOCUMENTS FOR RENEWAL
Mainland companies must submit an attested tenancy contract in order to renew a trade license. It must be valid for at least six months from the date of your application.
2. START YOUR RENEWAL APPLICATION
Next, you will need to submit your tenancy agreement to DED manually online (depending on the jurisdiction) to generate the new payment voucher.
3. PAY THE RENEWAL FEES
Once you have you have the payment voucher, please pay it online/ at the DED counter to obtain the renewed license copy.
