How to RENEW the Establishment Card in GDRFA?
Location:
GDRFA branches: https://www.gdrfad.gov.ae/en/our-branches
Visit any GDRFA branch and submit the following documents
Required Documents:
1. Valid business license (copy)
2. Establishment card (copy)
Additional Info:
1. In case of expiration of the license, a letter is requested from the Department of Tourism (original).
2. If the transaction is submitted via a representative, a valid Company PRO card is required.

How to Update the renewed license in the MOHRE system?
If the trade license is renewed before its expiration date, it should renew automatically in the MOHRE system.
If the trade license doesn’t automatically update, it will be required to be updated manually by following the below steps:

Visit any Dubai Tasheel branch and submit the following documents
Required documents:
- Renewed business license (copy)
- E-signature card of the sponsor (original)
- EJARI (copy) – if the business location has been changed
